In my free time, I enjoy:
- going on runs around the beautiful city of San Francisco
- singing (I sang Tenor I in Noteworthy Acappella) meeting new friends, trying new food and drink, and traveling whenever I get the chance
Previously, I've:
- worked on building a tight knit community of developers & designers through Web at Berkeley
- learned from and advised startups through UC Berkeley's homegrown startup accelerator, Free Ventures
- interned at Convex, where I worked on cool database and systems problems
- interned at Modern Treasury on the Payments Platform team, building bank-data ETL infrastructure and features for auditing data integrity
- interned at Nuro on the Ground Truth team on two occasions, (1) building core infrastructure to power embeddings similarity search product & (2) creating tools to aggregate and auto-correct bad lidar bounding box labels.
- interned with VMware's NSX Intelligence team, building a metrics exporter layer for Kubernetes workloads
- helped develop Cytotrace, a data-driven genomics tool to predict future biological cell states [DOI]
